Tube
A single tube of metal or glass that protects a cigar on the move.
The tubo is the cigar world’s travel packaging: a sealable single tube, usually aluminium, often lined inside with Spanish cedar. It guards against pressure, light and rapid moisture loss, and makes a cigar fit for the jacket pocket. Long-term storage, however, remains the job of the humidor — even a sealed tube is no substitute.
