Perfecto

A figurado format that tapers at both ends — often with a bulging middle and a nearly closed foot.

The perfecto belongs to the figurados and is the only classic base shape that tapers at both ends; the foot is tapered or nearly closed, which makes for even lighting. Because the ratio of wrapper to filler shifts with the changing diameter, the flavour develops particularly noticeably across the smoke. For the torcedor, the curved shape is one of the most demanding tasks at the rolling table.
