Colorado

Colorado denotes the reddish-brown in the middle of the colour scale, which runs from Claro to Oscuro; the neighbouring tones are Colorado Claro (light brown) and Colorado Maduro (dark reddish-brown). Wrappers in Colorado tend to indicate balanced, aromatic cigars between the creamy pale and the sweet-dark ends of the scale. That is by no means a guarantee — a cigar’s strength is determined above all by the filler, not the colour.
