Bunch
The roll of filler and binder — the raw form of the cigar before the wrapper is applied.
For the bunch, the torcedor folds the filler leaves so that air channels run through the entire cigar, then gathers them with the binder. The bunches then rest in wooden moulds under pressure before the wrapper is applied. Draw and burn depend critically on the bunch — bunches rolled too tightly are caught at the draw machine in good factories before the wrapper goes on.
